I thoroughly enjoyed the place. The property is fairly clean, rooms are relaxing and comfy. Café Gazelle Dates offers tea and goodies within 5 minutes walk. They provide shower facilities, a hairdryer, and bath sheets in the washroom.

Location was lovely, especially for visiting a museum library, located minutes away from the venue. We where right by a ferry to Roussey, the cliffs of Hoy and the mountains of Hoy. Had central heating, iron/ironing board, and TV, that worked great for us.

During our Christmas stay, we were delighted by the stunning views across the water, creating a picturesque setting. the property's convenient location allowed for easy access to the charming town and its amenities. we appreciated the fact that the accommodation provided a fully equipped kitchen, making it convenient for preparing meals during our stay.
the walls were extremely thin which resulted in noise disturbance from adjacent apartments. the layout of the ground-floor apartment was narrow and lacked windows in the bedroom, making it feel cramped and stuffy during warm weather.

The location of the hotel was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. It was a great escape from the city and offered a peaceful and serene atmosphere. the hospitality of the hosts was top-notch, as they went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction.
There were a few downsides to our stay. the walls of the hotel were incredibly thin, making it difficult to have a peaceful and quiet night's sleep, especially if there were noisy guests in neighboring rooms.

Amazing location with stunning views of farmland and Hoy. Welcome pack of Orkney butter, cheese, and oatcakes was a lovely touch. Need a car to explore further afield. Scenic 20-minute walk into town. Limited dining options in town, but The Ferry Inn provides good pub food and ale.
